5. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, you agree to first contact Velutta Ltd Support to resolve the matter.
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may be considered a breach of this Policy and could result in suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified or fraudulent.


6. Cancellations

  • No prorated refunds are given for unused subscription time.
